Throwing in cover versions along the way, the choice of song tends to tie in with the locality. So when the Canadian group hit Los Angeles, there were more than a few contenders.
Playing two nights at the Forum, the band kicked things off by covering Jane's Addiction's sleaze rock classic 'Been Caught Stealing' - while also interspersing this with snippets from 'Welcome To The Jungle' by Guns N Roses.
On the second night, Arcade Fire dropped a rendition of 'Axel F' - also known as the 'Beverly Hills Cop Theme'. Win Butler told the crowd: "It was actually written about Axl Rose, people don’t often realize that..."
