It's an absolute smash...Recently playing back-to-back at the massive Sidewinder rave, *DJ Q* and *Flava D's* partnership is rapidly blossoming.
The pair have different tastes, different styles but, when placed together, the two seem to fuse into something quite potent.
New cut 'PS' finds the two trading blows, with DJ Q and Flava D working together on production. Rooted in the buoyant energy of UK garage and its sibling sound bassline, there are nods towards the grime scene in the bass saturated grit of the breakdown.
Almost instantly contagious, this should hopefully be the crux which flips Flava D from underground tastemaker into an absolute star - and it won't do DJ Q any harm, either.
