Foo Fighters Play Intimate London Show

As 'The Holy Shits'...

...and so it came to pass that one of the biggest rock groups on the planet played three shows.

Announced at the very last minute, *Foo Fighters* re-convened as The Holy Shits for a series of surprise dates around the UK.

Last night (September 11th) the group played a special set at the House of Vans pop up venue, located in arches underneath Waterloo Station.

An intimate and atmospheric setting, Foo Fighters responded with a set fit for stadiums. Around 500 fans were present, as the band opened with 'White Limo'.

Very much a 'greatest hits' style performance, the band also chose to focus heavily on newer material. Foo Fighters closed with 'For All The Cows', 'Breakout' and 'This Is A Call', before taking a short break.

Dave Grohl returned on his own, performing a solo version of 'Times Like These' before being joined by the rest of the group.

The Holy Shits are set to play Islington Assembly Hall tonight (September 12th).
