Rising indie newcomers deliver new single...An odd name, for sure, but few could forget a chance encounter with *Catfish And The Bottlemen*.
The rising newcomers boast a lethal live show, one which fueled debut album 'The Balcony'. Lauded in these here digital pages, Clash writer Joe Rivers *opined* that the album contains "the kind of lyrics that will strike a chord with any teenager struggling with unrequited love or small-town boredom."
New single 'Pacifier' is a great place to jump on board. Out on November 24th, it's a blistering piece of rock music with some impeccable harmonies and crystal clear production from Jim Abiss.
Clash is able to premiere the video for 'Pacifier' and it's a good 'un. Catfish And The Bottlemen are shown playing football, but the pattern of the game goes against them in the first half.
As the group trudge off field at half time, the team’s spirits are lifted by a half time talk with manager, indie guru and 6 Music DJ Steve Lamacq.
Check it out now.
