Sparked in part by SXSW, a flood of artists are moving to the Texan city, entranced by good weather and low rents - some might argue a neat change from New York.
Respected amongst their peers, *Wild Child* have developed a partnership with Ben Kweller.
The band's sound in rooted in classic songwriting, but with a modern twist. There's a melancholy here, with the sturdy Americana hiding something quite personal.
Debut UK release 'The Runaround' will be released on November 24th, with Clash able to premiere their new video.
'Anna Maria' has a soft, lilting melody, backed by some blissful visuals.
