*Mark Jenkyns* hails from South Shields, initially, with the producer releasing broadly house-flavoured cuts on vital imprints such as Crosstown Rebels, Hot Creations and more.
Recently, though, the North East artist decided to try something different. Hooking up with drum 'n' bass DJ and rapper *MC Chickaboo*, the pair set about piecing together new material.
'On Me' is the result. Mark Jenkyns delivers deep and furiously funky production, while MC Chickaboo maintains the energy levels and adds something a little sensual.
Out on March 16th via Hot Creations, remixes come courtesy of *Skream* and *12 Stories*. Clash is able to premiere the 12 Stories re-work, which adds a hefty slice of bass alongside some soundsystem flourishes.
