Initially crafted to cover the economic boom which followed post-war austerity, the phrase has always rung with a slightly hollow tone.
*Jet Setter* are an Irish group, whose acerbic, fuzzed up indie rock has been steadily gaining an audience across their home land and beyond.
Itself emerging from a period of austerity, the motto 'Never Had It So Good' has renewed currency within Ireland – and it's also the title of the band's latest EP.
Six tracks of acerbic, off kilter indie rock, the EP coincides with a short burst of live shows from the band.
