
*Charles Howl* were born in the tail end of the 80s, an era when guitars jangled, fuzz pedals were switched on and harmonies tended to sigh.
A psych-pop collective, the group have just returned from a European tour, fetching some stunning sights from the continent.
Now they're ready to unveil their new video. 'Lunacy' is – despite the title – a cute, neatly formed piece of jangle-pop, albeit one delivered with a sinister edge.
Directed by Christiane Matz, the clip was inspired by cult film Tears Of The Black Tiger – something which actually underpins the song itself.
